      Firestone Complete Auto Care is a wonderful company to work for if you enjoy the automobile retail industry.

      Cons

      A possible downside may be a lack of promoting more of a team environment.

      Pros

      Firestone has a lot of great people working there. Profitability goals are set high but when reached, the bonuses are great, up to 30-35% of salary.

      Cons

      Like most large companies there are a lot of people doing the bare minimum to get by. This is a smaller division to the larger Tire company. So, we tend to churn through presidents at a high pace. Firestone Building Products is a necessary stop on their way up at the tire company. This leads to a lot of reorganizing, as well as internal and external confusion. Each president wants to put their stamp on the organization but they do it before realizing it is a totally different animal than the tire company. It definitely has an affect on morale.

      Pros

      There were great coworkers, but they all got layoff, the company conduct massive layoff in low profile so it doesnt appear in the news. All my coworkers got layoff and now they are all contractors, contractors run the business now

      Cons

      If you dont get a friend you will end doing janitor work, I survived 2 massive layoff and they keep it quiet from the news. You get hired for a job and you end doing something totally different and I consider myselft lucky, I dont know if I will survive another layoff
