There is opportunity for Growth and relocation.

Cons

Communication seems to be a problem but Bridgestone is aware of it and working on it. Lately there have been many changes which can be unnerving to some and don't always benefit me personally.

Job is not that hard. You are allowed a certain amount of freedom to do your job. Job security. I have worked with them for a long time and never worried if tomorrow I will have a job or not.

Cons

The job is not that gratifying. Pay and benefits could be higher. You feel as though you are just at number on the spectrum. With quotes like "everyone is replaceable" it makes you want to find new employment everyday. The top out pay is not really competitive.
