Pros

Jobs are available nationwide. Company discount at Firestone stores is pretty good. 401k was matched, don't know if that changed.

Cons

Mgmt is outsourcing jobs to Costa Rica. Forced us to train replacements. Admitted that it will take years for them to equal our quality of service to the stores. Changing pension plan also.

Pros

There are a lot of opportunities to grow and relocate to other parts of the organization if you are interested in doing so. The compensation and benefits are great including flexible working schedules, 9X80 schedule, and an onsite workout facility. The people are also fun to work with and easy to get along with.

Cons

Sometimes Nashville makes changes or decisions without realizing the impact it will have on Akron and it's teammates.
