Pros
The company provides respectable insurance, 401K, and bonus. Floor management and personnel are why I am still here. Facility communication to other facilities is better than facility to corporate.
Cons
No growth opportunities. Managers do not know how to manage the business. Managers do not know how to manage their people. Management does not know how to run a business and I anticipate the facility I am at to be financially insolvent by the time they are done. Management hides the truth and manipulates the numbers. HR does not have succession plan making it very hard to know what options are available for growth and opportunities. Management gives preferential treatment to their legacy department and doesn't open their eyes and see the truth l. Everything is now, now, now. No planning at all. Corporate does not know how to be a resource or aid the facilities. They have never worked on the floor and they are the experts and dictators. Ask them to adjust and understand the facilities and they don't care. No accountability and credibility for corporate and site leadership. Inadequate planning and scheduling. There fix to everything is to reengineer it and not to understand what the root cause is. Lack of transparency. Too many meetings with no agenda and action items to follow up on.
