      Close to home, and some nice co-workers.

      Cons

      Just about everything else. Think you are getting ahead by moving around and learning new areas of the company. WRONG. No pay increases and get managed by people who should never have been given the title "Manager". Good luck if you work here.

      Not a premier place to work

      Not really a pro but the bonus plan was something. However employees would rather have that money over the course of the year and not a one time payment

      Cons

      The benefits are poor and eroding away. The company is run like a fraternity with all the jokes and pranks being pulled by senior leadership-posting an employee's car for sale on craiglist without that employees knowledge or permission. The tolerance for not changing or improving processes is horrible and those that want to make changes are kicked out the door.

      Large corporation that's about the only pro

      Cons

      very political place to work which has dissolved any trust between employees, only opportunity for advancement is at the expense of ruining another person's career, executive management touts the company as a premier place to work while reducing benefits.
