Pros

Have to be extraordinarily bad in order to get fired for performance issues. Corporate is very afraid of Amazon coming to town, so new hires can leverage that for higher salaries.

Cons

The office space at the corporate Tower is anti-productivity. HR is completely incompetent. Gross, possibly criminal, pay discrepancies exist within the same role. New hires make 15-20% more than Top Performers with 3-5 years in the role. Very limited raise/promotion potential. Managers have a nasty habit of blocking employees from taking jobs in other departments. No paternity leave. Expect to work 60+hours to start. Due to heavy parking restrictions, this means you won't be able to use the fancy gym. Constant hiring freezes so you team is always understaffed. Will likely face massive layoffs in 6-9 months.

Pros

Great product. The company really cares about producing the best product in the market.

Cons

Unqualified people getting promoted based on friendships and not on qualifications. This leads to a lack of viable strategy and poor culture. Because these leaders are not qualified, the seemingly tell half truths to cover their ineptness.

Pros

None. I dont recommend this company. HR covered up the fact that i was let go for pregnancy after i filed a complaint to them. They stopped taking my calls never looked into my complaint and then showed up woth the manager i complained against to let me go.

Cons

They will let you go if you are pregnant, no matter how good at your job you are.
