Employee benefits: tuition reimbursement, low healthcare, great perks, lots of time off.

Cons

Low pay, limited mobililty, working at the medical campus I found commuting to be a pain (no parking, public transportation isn't great either)

Work with knowledge and inspiring peers. The atmosphere is upbeat and inspiring. Most professors are extremely nice and friendly.

Cons

As a engineering student, sometimes I find there are probably not enough seminars and conferences . Some professors are more focused on seeking funding instead of doing real research.

-Ability to set own schedule -Very friendly management and co-workers -Personal freedoms, regarding attire, things you can do during work, etc.

Cons

-Like any other college, can get very busy during the high-traffic school times, such as right before finals, and before vacations, etc.
