Pros

Pretty good benefits. The best tuition benefit at a university, but must take classes at BU. Good work life balance. Depends on which area of the university you work in though.

Cons

Huge- 9000+ employees, can feel more like a big corporation than a university. Still figuring out its plan to retain employees. Salaries lower than other local universities.

I worked in the Graduate Admissions Office at BU and really enjoyed it! The work was passive and allowed studying.
