      Casual Dressing all days Good food in cafeteria Very nice office outings Stay in some of the best hotels

      I have been working for 1.5 years at IKA and have always regretted my decision. Some of the major reasons: - Politics: You cannot imagine anything else but politics. Work is nice but politics makes you feel demotivated. - HR: Troublemaker, pathetic, unethical, strong favorism for folks who are from McKc, always ready to find ways to put you in tight spot, screams at people in public. And if you revolt against her then be ready to find a new job! She dares to quote examples from past.

      Great learning at a young age Exposure to many different industries and industry leaders Real opportunity to make impact in large client organizations Opportunity to shape strategic decisions for huge companies

      Cons

      Many projects are badly sold with unclear objectives, understaffed, or crunched for time Inability of leadership to say 'no' to scope creep/ unreasonable requests from clients even if it significantly impacts employee's work-life balance and satisfaction A bit of masochism - a lot of deadlines are artificial and created internally, without any relation to client deadlines

      collaborative culture, overall genuine people, 100% paid benefits, beautiful office, most roles have an opportunity for upward movement.

      Cons

      Pay in some of the business service team roles are underpaid considering the high pressure environment, and expectations.
