Pros

- Great learnings everyday - not only from daily research work but also from colleagues (ofcourse interact and appreciate the culture and environment) - Approachable seniors and other team members, enhances learning and exposure across topics - Ample opportunities to grow and nurture yourself (you have to make the most of the opportunities that come your way) - Option to choose your area(s) of research and flexibility to explore other areas as well - Co-operative leadership supporting your personal career goals alongside and providing the required exposure, customised to an individual's needs (make your ambitions known and set clear expectations) - Great work timings and not a lot of pressure All in all I have had a great experience during my time there and grown as a professional with research and mentoring experience. Opportunities come your way only if you are willing to take up challenges and make the most of it. Make the most of your time there!

Cons

Nothing really - it all depends of how you approach the opportunity :)

Pros

Incredibly brilliant and caring colleagues, stimulating and challenging work even on the non-consulting side, amazing training and development opportunities, full tuition reimbursement for certificate and degree programs, unparalleled medical benefits.

Cons

As applies to non-consulting roles: stagnant career, below-market base salary, distinct differentiation between consulting and non-consulting staff in opportunities and benefits (e.g. unpaid leave with preserved medical benefits is available to consulting staff only). As applies to all staff: parental leave could be increased to 6 months, as offered by leading professional services and tech companies.

Pros

Salary, Free Food, Office Location, Office Space

Cons

No respect for the individual, a culture of backbiting and negativity, people on Boston given preference over the people in India, poor leadership especially the one in India where immature people are given leadership roles. They are running BCG like a family business and have no basic understanding of how a corporation works. Poor hires like them give BCG a poor name and repute. While the Consultant cohort and the CKA cohort might be better the BST is run on the whims and aspirations of people who don't even know what is truly happening.
