There are great benefits at this company, including healthcare and insurance, Employee Incentive Program, Boeing Discount Program, etc. Good paid-time off and pay for OT.

Cons

This is a big company so sometimes you can feel very small. Reach out and network to make a spot for yourself!

Cons

The climate in California for companies like Boeing is not great. I would target Boeing sites outside California as layoffs are common in Huntington Beach and the campus's future is uncertain.
