There is some really interesting work to be done if you are in the right group.

Cons

A lot of bureaucracy and many coworkers who aren't qualified to be in the position they are in. Upper management values time on position more than contributions made. Compensation is average to below average.

Cons

Engineering/technical skills of average employees are mediocre. Job growth depends more on years of experience rather than technical skill. Bureaucratic. More project managers than developers.
