career development, Lots of job shadows. Coaching and feedback is given quite often. Fun, fast paced environment that never gets dull.

Cons

communication between departments. There seems to be a divide between corporate and customer service. I think that if there was more communication between the two it would cut down on the tension

What we're doing matters - the work we put in as a team directly correlates into customers changing their lives. Comp, benefits, perks, events, work/office environment, team atmosphere, K-CUPS until you can't K-CUP no-mo, diverse team, opportunity to work on new projects.

Cons

It is challenging, but you're improving and getting better. This is not a boring job and thus can you can balance several projects at once.
