Hard to know where to start, but it all stems from the upper management (chief suite level) specifically with the Chief Merchandising Officer. They have no idea what they are doing. They have no experience in the supplement world and are driving an already struggling company into the ground (their previous work experiences come from exclusively failing businesses). And it’s business nepotism at its finest got them their jobs. Several of them are the most disrespectful human beings I have ever met. Most are not openly disrespectful, while others have said such unbelievably harsh and brutally mean things that it takes you back to the 1950 types of bosses. And you can't complain to HR because they don't want to say anything negative about the management with a fear of being fired. You must respond to an email or message from upper management within a minute or you will be verbally bombarded. And requests that would normally take longer periods of time to work on, are expected within minutes as well. Most all the valuable employees have wisely left for other opportunities. Whatever you do, please do not work here until they clean out the entire upper management, unless you want mental trauma from a brutal culture and harsh work environment. If no changes are made, the company will go under sooner than later.
