      Pros

      Excellent benefits, exciting work, great community, fair management, career development opportunities, amazing bonus structure, great transparency from leadership and motivating, talented people are everywhere you look.

      Cons

      If you're in sync with the fitness industry and enjoy being healthy, working in a proactive and creative environment, then there are no downsides. If you don't like commuting to Meridian every day though, that would be one.

      Pros

      This question is simple and easy to answer. Bodybuilding.com is a very positive environment loaded with talented and like-minded people. There are several career growth opportunities as the company is growing by leaps and bounds each year. There is not a better and more customer focused leadership team out there and it just flows all the way to entry level. Everybody has a strong belief in each other and continuously recognize and support each other. Hands down, it is the best company to work for period!

      Cons

      There is a small lack of communication in between departments but it has become much better over the last several months.
