Pros
Bodybuilding.com is a company on a mission to improve people's lives and it's easy to get behind that. People are genuinely committed to that vision. The work is challenging and there are a lot of smart, dedicated folks to learn from. It's also a fun and relaxed environment.
Cons
The company has grown a lot in the past few years, but everything still seems very top-down as far as initiatives and priorities. Unless you're at or near the top, it's best not to stick your neck out and raise concerns. At best you'll be ignored and at worst you'll irritate the wrong person and find yourself pursuing other opportunities. Just keep your head down, do your job, and focus on learning as much as possible.
