      Love the engineering department. The business folks not so much.

      Pros

      Awesome people, relatively interesting problems, flexible hours and holiday, minimal on call..

      Cons

      The business folks don't seem to think that a tech company (which is how they think of themselves) needs to worry about things like paying developer's competitively.

      Pros

      - Great benefits (Health, dental, vision, 401k... etc etc) - Fun culture to learn about, cool events, lots of free swag - Great place to gain experience - There are a lot of cool employees - Great office building at HQ. (Basketball court, large field, really nice gym, showers) - Fast paced work that keeps you busy.

      Cons

      - Underpaid for the amount of work they put you through, - Managers will lie to you, even if they are easy to get along with. - If you don't bro-culture to their bro-standards... it can be a little awkward (I tried) - No matter how much good work you put out, how good your reviews, or how much you are improving, you are expendable in the end. - No room for growth. At the most you'll go from "Job Title" to "Senior Job Title"
