      Changing Environment

      Pros

      Bodybuilding.com was my first "real job" out of college and was truly an amazing place to work. There was constant communication between all levels of management and a sincere desire among all employees for the company to succeed. The benefits are competitive, particularly for the Boise, Idaho area.

      Cons

      Unfortunately over time, like many growing companies, the soul was lost and the culture began to fade. With the addition a new CEO there was almost an instant decline in motivation across the entire company. The environment became more toxic as there were increasingly more closed door conversations and whispers in the halls about whatever rumor was spreading at any time.

      every other week the employees were offered free product

      Cons

      the rate of picking that is expected of you is unrealistic. every order varies in size. you would have to be literally running all day to meet their goals.
