      Pros

      Bodybuilding.com is an amazing company to work for with amazing benefits and staff. The management team is fabulous and your co workers will become your best friends.

      Cons

      It is a call center type of job. Although it is going to be a very easy going call center and a fun work environment the customers can test your patients and make you want to quit.

      - Very flexible with schedules when they can be. - Remote/WFH is in good shape - Benefits are up to par

      Cons

      - Salaries are weak - Bonuses are a joke - Raises are slow to be seen and usually not impressive - Top level talent doesn't stay long and hasn't been encouraged to stay - "Making more money" is very important to them, but they can't seem to figure out how - Loss of customer focus

      Pros

      The people who work for BBCom are really inspiring people, like any company they come from all sorts of backgrounds, but they all mesh well together. There is a camaraderie within the company that I haven't seen in other corporate settings. The benefits are amazing, and completely affordable. The company is going through a lot of changes right now, but they seem to have the direction figured out.

      Cons

      Leadership - It's a little top heavy. Newer managers need to be coached more. Moving away from the soft BBCom culture, to a stronger backed one will help with some of the people speaking ill of the company to their coworkers and the public.
