      Pros

      I met some great people. Good health benefits.

      Cons

      Leaders dictate, and do not let their teams do their jobs. They don’t trust the people they hire and quite frequently are placing blame on individuals. I’ve never been talked to in such a disrespectful way in my entire career. There is so much turnover which makes being productive very hard. It’s not worth it.

      Pros

      I feel I have been here so long I am a sacred cow in a field of steroid stock cattle. So I feel my job is safe because I say good morning and good night to every leader I see to stay in good graces. It seems to have worked so far. One good thing is our legal team is finally equalized by the departure of our most "knowledgable" legal asset. Maybe we can stop getting sued for the mistakes of our leadership team. So that is a plus. That means more money to our bottom line, which means more money for me.

      Cons

      Oh where do I start...? Nah, I wont. Trust me when I say, if you can work somewhere else, DO IT. Haha or you can come here and get solicited and paid to write nice reviews about our company on Glassdoor. Putting "Lipstick on a Pig" as I think they say it.

      Flex time off is great

      Cons

      - Bonuses and raises have been scaled way back. - What was once an open book approach to running a company now is a closed door affair which leaves you wondering what is really happening. -Company doesn't invest in employees. Will let top talent and long time invested employees just walk out the door. -Pay is well below industry standards. Asking for a raise gets you answers like "Well start looking for another job" -Hard work and dedication often goes unnoticed - Lot of positions are filled by people that have no business in managing or working in their department.
