I guess it was at one time a good place to work. Leadership uses a lot of buzz words and empowerment speaches and they seem to love listening to themselves speak. I've witnessed "leaders" arguing and using inappropriate language on internal and external meetings. They will eliminate positions on a whim even when the company is performing. Culture is strange and toxic. Any reviews posted within the last couple of years praising this place with nothing negative or constructive are clearly fake or posted by management to attempt to offset all the terrible reviews. I would avoid this place. It's not worth the time given all the opportunities available in this job market.
