      Pros

      Technology stack is vaguely interesting. Working on a large web presence is a great experience A lot of fun people to work with

      Cons

      A lot of volatility They can't seem to focus on one thing but instead change their mind every other month, wasting lots of engineering time and effort. Declining profits means everything is getting scaled back No raises this year Certain bosses are truly not nice people who do not like disagreement or your own opinion Questionable business decisions Questionable treatment of customers in order to stop the declining revenues Employees mysteriously disappear without a real explanation

      Pros

      My coworkers were all amazing. Great people to work with and really good at their jobs.

      Cons

      Management has progressively gone from bad to worse. People quit or are laid off and they don't replace them, they just expect whoever's left to do their work in addition to their own job. There is no work-life balance anymore, they expect you to be on-call 24/7. No one who isn't upper management has gotten a cost of living raise in years, let alone an actual performance based raise. The culture is dead and if the people in charge don't stop making terrible business decisions, like laying off everyone who actually knows the industry and hiring people in upper management who are clueless, it's not going to get better.
