If you're into sales, this is the store to work for. They even have a "university" where you're constantly learning and tested.

Cons

Being a Scandinavian company, they need to understand and adapt more to their targets, i.e. you can't use the same tactics in Denmark and Latin America for example. There are two different mentalities.
