The coworkers are the best part.
Cons
- having to constantly pester (call and email the customers). If you get their contact details you have to contact them even if they aren’t fully interested and put them in your follow ups. - managers check all your emails and watch you like a hawk. Micromanage - emotionally abusive from management - managers not actually managing or taking customers complaints seriously - training courses that don’t actually train or help as they do not implement anything to actually make any difference or helps their employees or customers. - making you commute during the pandemic when it was under government restrictions not to travel
