It was great working with so many very talented people. The animation team was very sharing and open - people weren't protecting their knowledge and turf. A wonderful collaborative spirit.

Cons

Management can be a little cold. Information about what we were doing would leak on internet before we'd hear about it.

regular turnover and location is terrible. pay could be more competitive for the location. depending on your dept, you may have a less than great work/life balance.

People love what they do there and the overall atmosphere in the animation department is helpful and friendly.

Cons

Depending on the project, tighter than usual deadlines can put some added pressure on the artist whilst attempting to maintain the highest quality of work.
