Cons

Still a young growing company. Blue Apron suffers from a lot of growing pains. Inexperience in many positions. Incomplete policies that only cover parts of the situations. Insufficient training for supervisors. Not the place for you if you don't want to be challenged by changing work conditions.

I do not recommend working for this company. I've been working here for three years and I never got recognized for my good work, managers, supervisors, tried to wright me up for nothing, right now I'm suspended for nothing. I was wrongfully accused of taking food that was given to me the proof is on the camera. I even offered to show them the food cause I knew it wasn't the food they where talking about so why am I suspended without pay? I don't think they care about what they do to certain people of course favoritism everyone that gets promoted is a person that lives next door or relative so if you don't no anyone your not progressing unless you kiss but, and them people look forward for you to do that, those who show no fear they don't like look at me for instance I'm suspended for no reason. HaHa. They are clowns in color jackets from my point of view the place looks like a top notch preschool with all the colors ant... LoL.... HAVE A BLESSED 1....
