Pros

Great co workers, the regular staff really pays attention to what's going on and they will always help you as long as you help them.

Cons

Management is disconnected with the team. Upper management is always changing and promotions are dangled like carrots, but when you prove your worth they give the promotion to their favorites.

Pros

Weekly Farmer's Market. At least 3 days free. The Quality department supervisors are very comprehensive and supporting.

Cons

General management does not care about employees. Not enough internal communication. HR department does not know how to make decisions fairly. Exploiting and stressful environment. Way too much Required Time Off, can't make enough hours weekly. Coworkers are too aggressive, the workplace is not very safe. Supervisors and managers are not very professional.
