Cold miserable work environment. Daily frostbite, repetetive motion, weird aches and pains, high turnaround. Having to dress like Nanook of the North when it's 80 degrees outside. One has to be somewhat desperate (which I was). The daily existential crisis of wondering if what you are doing is actually of any benefit to the world.
Unsustainability: Since Blue Apron, the original meal kit delivery company, launched they incurred about half a dozen competitors for what is a finite, niche market. Heck, even Martha Stewart is in on the action now. Their main competitor out of Germany, Hello Fresh, was so brazen they set up a fulfillment center just down the road and stalked me with ads via Google and the iOT just because I frequented my place of work (they thought I was a customer apparently).
Oh, and lastly, I did not appreciate being forced to stay late and stand motionless in that freezing environment to give a moment of silence to a violent drug addicted criminal thug (George Floyd).
