Pros

Generally speaking, the management team is decent. Most genuinely care about the people who work there.

Cons

The new upper management team which recently came into place is horrendous and not compassionate at all as they preach.

Pros

The people are amazing, and you get a fantastic discount on your Blue Apron box.

Cons

This is a call center job so if you haven't worked at a call center before I wouldn't suggest this one for your first call center. The pay isn't very competitive, the metrics for the company are incredibly rigid and they don't have a clear pathway for promotions.

- We talk about food/ drink all the time - Deadlines are not pushed excessively

Cons

- As a remote company, we no longer have opportunities to know our coworkers outside of work responsibilities
