Great schedules. You meet really awesome people. Job is very easy. Machines are challenging but easy to learn too.

Cons

Cold environment. It’s bearable but not healthy to endure for years. Management barely ever listens to their workers. If you want to be heard, you have to kiss up to your leaders. If production levels are low, usually it’s the machines that continue to break down. If not the machines, it’s workers that get away with slacking and disappearing from time to time because their leaders purposely turn a blind eye.

management constantly watches what you're doing and expects perfection. it's unrealistic to expect perfection when your job is to solve problems.

Pros

Solid CEO and COO leading the charge. Upper management has a good vision of what needs to be done in order to run a more solid and fluid organization. Good benefits and Blue Apron is committed to trying to do what is best for their employees.

Cons

Unfortunately, the front-line operations teams lack direction and a real vision that can be successful. The leadership structure is not set up for success that can be sustained. Quite a few managers in positions that they do not qualify for, at least not at this point in their career path. The leaderships vision is week to week no long-term planning initiatives. Your opinion will not matter as the operations leadership team tend to think they know it all. Even though their weekly decisions cost the company an abundance of loss revenue. Go figure.
