Base on experience at blue apron a company any one could grow from, because they allowed people to work freely without stress respect was demanded the hour was just a little too long due due to the fact employee had to work for 10 hr each days which make us too tired .

Cons

I would consider the company to have unoin represantive just help individual who are in needs when something accure only that way management won't take side or being on one person favor .
