Pros

- Plenty of snacks and booze - Flexible schedule and vacation policy

Cons

- Lack of diversity, insular, elitist culture (but what can you expect from a company that is built around a product that promotes touristic appropriation of cuisines and cultures?). - Expectation that employees be cultish-ly enthusiastic about the product; opportunities for advancement are dependent on willingness to act as if Blue Apron is changing the world. - It's a start up and most of the employees are under 35: no one really knows what they are doing, and there are sloppy mistakes everywhere.

Pros

- Easy to get in - Weekly pay

Cons

- Cold temps with inadequate clothing provided - Extremely disrespectful employees - Management oblivous to issues - HR will not address problems - Very strict attendance policy; warehouse is located behind train tracks and trains often cause 30+ minute hold ups. They are not understanding. - Catering often causes food poisoning - No room for growth

The Boxes we packs are wonderful!!!!!!!

Cons

75% of the staff is young, disrespectful to themselves and others. Drug infested work place, usage and selling on property.......... etc
