Pros

- The team and leadership are some of the most fair people I have worked with - Fun chef partnership brand campaign opportunities - PTO is untracked and does not have a guilt culture tied to it - decent pay

Cons

- no job growth opportunity - business has been stagnant and thus, your pay will be too - in my case, remote work was a disadvantage for me. I wish there was a more hybrid enforced work culture so that I can be around my team and collaborate quicker - Design team was very small when I was there (only 3 of us including the art director)
