Pros

Love the passion, honesty, integrity, and empowerment this company gives me every day. It's been a really rewarding experience working here this year. I'm presented every day with exciting challenges and given the tools and endorsement to make real changes that impact customers and the company every day. I work with really smart people across every department that I respect both on a professional and personal level - which makes solving problems and working hard worth while. It's great to have found a place where I'm surrounded by others who are also secretly a little nerdy about work and food. Happy hours don't feel mandatory (like it did in corporate life) when you actually like the people you're having a pint with :)

Cons

We work hard! But the upside is that it's extremely rewarding. The company and customer loyalty is growing fast - so, there's never a lack of things for us to work on.

Pros

The work that you do at Blue Apron has an immediate impact. You are constantly challenged to solve a problem, create a process, and/or find a resource in a way that allows you to not only exercise your own sovereignty in the workplace but also tap into your own creativity. When something works, you get immediate recognition; when it doesn't you are given the opportunity to find a better path.

Cons

The work comes fast and quick, and sometimes a late night or a weekend of work is required to finish a project. I've worked long hours on a number of occasions, but the work is always recognized by my supervisor and the leadership.
