      Pros

      Blue Apron is growing. Quick! To be part of a company that is growing this fast and to witness how we're impacting the way the country cooks at home is beyond words! It's an incredible experience. The company is in the process of building out the Senior Leadership team and understands the need for it. In the 8 months I've worked for Blue Apron, change has been inevitable and we're certainly heading in the right direction.

      Cons

      Undoubtedly not the ideal environment for everyone. You have to be willing to work the hours, go above and beyond any initial expectations and use the creative side of your brain you never thought possible. If you're up for the challenge, you're guaranteed to love every second of it!

      Pros

      Really flexible work environment, solid leadership, super-smart coworkers, and a good office location. Also, great food all the time (obviously) from the culinary team or just the foodies that work here.

      Cons

      lots of work to do; heavy workload.

      Pros

      Great environment, fantastic colleagues, a dream of a workplace. Since walking through the door for my first interview, everything has been coordinated in the best way possible and the vibe has been positive. The people that work here are enthusiastic about the brand and what the company is about.

      Cons

      No cons. The office has snacks, an open work space and sometimes there are dogs running around.
