Pros

Humble and transparent leadership team. Everyone has a voice. Cross departmental friendships and communication are plentiful and creates a great culture both in and outside of the office place.

Cons

Going through hyper-growth and sudden success comes with a lot of pressure and requires a lot of energy. Most, including myself love it. But it's not for everyone, you have to be willing to come in and really work, but it's worth it.

Thanks for your views. We do work pretty fast here at Blue Apron, and the days tend to be very busy. Work/life balance is of course of utmost importance, so we're actively working on projects to improve it!

Pros

Great company, hiring great people, and accomplishing great things! Young and fun culture that keeps employees very happy. Weekly happy hours, sports clubs, etc. bring the company together. Management sits directly with the employees which makes them feel more approachable and easy to talk to. Also amazing employee discount!

Cons

There are so many new hires every week it can be hard to get to know everyone! Also, need more company wide holidays.

We're glad that you enjoy sitting among our leadership team as it's important to us that they're approachable and accessible to everyone. We regularly review our corporate policies, like our paid holiday policy, and will make sure that it's fair for the team. We just implemented a 401(k) plan so please enroll if you haven't already!
