Working with other and challenging myself to be faster than them on the line to get tha job done.

Cons

Not having a union to look over how management treated the employees, without a union there they talked and treated you like it didnt matter

Pros

There is a very strong sense of community here. With all the new faces, I feel like there is always an effort to make everyone feel welcome and part of the team. No easy feat when there are new people every week! I feel like my concerns are taken seriously and dealt with quickly.

Cons

Working at a start up can be tough. With all things new, there are some growing pains. Some standards and policies are still being established.

long hours and high pace environment may not work for some people
