Pros

The hours are the best. I work 5:30am-2:00pm. Time goes by fast and I'm able to do my errands after work instead on waiting till the weekend to do it.

Cons

Its a mess with the majority of the associates that should have been fired. Girls wearing nails, nail polish, fake lashes, eating food and bring drinks inside. None of this is allowed and no one is doing anything about it. On top of that a girl associate that use to work in grocery starting yelling at a supervisor and only got suspended for 2 days. This same person is having relations with the supervisor and she still has a job. Drama does not belong at this work place and its happening with no one stopping it.

Phenomenal people, but poor leadership

Pros

I met and worked with some of the most dedicated individuals while at Blue Apron. The spirit and camaraderie made this a truly amazing experience

Cons

This is a company in serious trouble. From the top down, priorities are convoluted and change almost daily. Leadership appears to be grasping at straws to right the ship and, frankly, it isn't working. I don't believe Blue Apron is going to be around that much longer in its current form.

Toxic Work Environment

Pros

Flexible PTO, Good Benefits, Free snacks, Company went public so everyone can see how terrible of an organization it is.

Cons

Incompetent Leadership, Excessive work politics, Promotions are handed to employees just because they are friends with upper management and have no experience in the role. No room for growth. Open office space concept is extremely noisy. Company culture is sinking just like it's IPO.
