      The company culture at Blue Apron is great. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly and willing to help. There's also a great opportunity for cross-department promotions or transfers if you find something that interests you.

      Cons

      As a fast growing company, you can occasionally feel a bit forgotten if you're in certain departments. Communication could be improved with regards to submitted requests.

      I love the people i worked with. The laughs was good.

      They like to play with your money and the warehouse really not that clean we get played out of our brakes and lunch time
