How can a person that used to work here can he hire again(rehired) I seen people that has got fired get hire back and people who quit voluntary they don't rehired them

Pros

The pay is nice, opportunities for overtime almost everyday, chances for advancement and great benefit options.

Cons

There's a lot of miscommunication between specialists/management and the associates. Unorganized when it comes to job duties, when receiving the necessary tools as a new hire(nothing was organized for the first couple of weeks). At this specific location many people have horrible attitudes for no reason which can be a hit or miss for some.
