Middle level management of Clinical Programs are ruining the Biogen reputation!

Pros

The top management is good. They try to create a biotech culture with work hard and play hard environment. The neuroscience is not easy, but important to patients. The overall pay is decent and the benefits are great.

Cons

While some upper management left the company, the middle level got promoted. They don't deserve the promotion! Some of the middle level management of Clinical Programs are just not nice. They lack of people skills and don't care or know how to manage people. They are mean and never want to help others. Biogen will be ruined by those middle level management. They created a silo environment. There is no harmonization. People there are just not happy at all!

Great company putting patient needs first. Supports many initiatives in community. Was a great company culture before change started. Enjoyed working and being part of a team that cared.

Cons

Multiple layoffs over several years. No stability sense. No sense that management caress about you or your contributions to the company. Over time benefits got less and less. Still great, but not what it used to be.
