Cons

As an intern I was a part of a management change. This change could have been smoother, though I understand it is tough for management and employees to adjust to change.

They offer an amazing opportunity for progression in the field. Supervisors are extremely willing to mentor and assist in the development of their employees, and there are incredible opportunities to gain further knowledge and become a functional working unit with your co-workers.

Cons
