Great benefits - health care, time off, 401K. Salary fairly competitive.

Cons

Poor leadership. Directors do not inform employees often enough regarding project goals/timelines. Promotions are rarely given to non PhD positions.

Cons

On the sales side, things are moving in the wrong direction. Lost the value in having people around that have a historical reference. New regime, new people; not necessarily what is needed. The existence of cliques.
