The work life balance is great and the financial benefits are incredible.

Cons

I was very difficult to grow within the company. There were not a lot of opportunities afforded to those in more junior roles who were looking to expand their skills and move around in different groups. I ultimately had to leave to gain desired experience.

Pros

Salary, benefits and bonus. There are some really nice people and hard workers.

Cons

Constant reorganisations and team restructuring Threats from upper management. Manipulative managers who appease their counterparts and their managers just to make it easier for themselves and not for their team. Opportunities for growth depends on your manager, so what's offered by the company may not be realised if your manager does not support it.

This is by far the best company I've worked for. Many perks.

Cons

To many snowflakes. People in management that have zero people skills. Employees need to be rotated around to reduce stagnation and homesteading.
