Pros
Good benefits and company. Good Performance Bonus Paid Commuter benefits Nice facilities
Cons
No work life balance. Be ready to work very long hours. Too many projects and competing priorities. Difficult to plan. Projects are not planned properly. Dates are usually set in stone without realistic planning. Employees as well as contractors need to work many hours. Only 1 day WFH although other areas or departments have more flexibility. No opportunity for growth. No development or trainings. Poor internal communication. Environment is very tense and People are afraid to speak up. Employees do not feel valued or appreciated unless your part of the employees that go drink on Thursdays and are a backscratcher. There is so much project work that barely gives you time to focus on your goals. Projects are not accountable for your goals. Run out the door! Do not work in this department unless you value yourself.
