-Supportive work environment -Very good benefits -Engaging work and company mission -Good pay -Ethical company with strong values -Competent senior management -Promotions are truly based on merit -Good profitability, job security, and good long-term outlook

Cons

-Could feel a little "high school"ish at times -Still maturing in terms of leadership development and growing/cultivating in-house talent -Tends to under-staff so work/life balance can suffer at times
