Salary was great, benefits were awesome, most of the employees were very knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy sharing what they knew,

Cons

some micro managing, not by all, but those who seemed to have something to prove no management training program (if there was one, some managers needed constant refreshers) limited promotional path

Excellent benefits, wonderful people, many scientific resources available to employees, work-life balance is ok bordering on good.

Cons

HR department seems to not really connect with the employees. Career development seems to take a back seat and overall communication from upper management was not well thought out/ bordering on poor.

great compensation, bonus, benefits, vacation and medical coverage. stock price continues to go up and pipeline is strong.

Cons

the total compensation package is so good that you might stay even if you don't want to.
