      Pros

      The company has some very good products built on real scientific innovation. The benefits are excellent and the working environment is very good. The company has grown rapidly in recent years and a lot of very good people have joined.

      Cons

      The excellent benefits and working environment help to distract from the fact that people are expected to work hard. The fact that the company has grown rapidly in recent years means not every process and programme is as clear and well thought through as you might find in big pharma.

      Pros

      Great people and invest heavily in their employees. Amazing benefits and reasonable hours.

      Cons

      Lots of contractors and if you are one you get treated like a second rate citizen. Lot's of politics at the higher levels and some kingdom building.

      Pros

      Innovative company; smart scientists; fantastic benefits; exciting culture I felt a sense of purpose as we sought cures for diseases. The team meetings were very synergistic and everyone contributed to move projects forward, especially through the most challenging times.

      Cons

      When I worked there, there were layers of bureaucracy. We would have meetings to prepare for meetings. Also, it was very resource constrained.
