Technically Challenging Great co workers.

Cons

Senior Leadership did not care about the workers only their own personal career advancement and EOY bonus. The new and recent Senior Management has destroyed the culture that was built over the years.

great coworkers, decent pay, nice bonuses.

Cons

No clear focus on restructuring. Clueless upper management. In the name of cost savings people in critical roles with extensive historical knowledge and carrying the workload of 2-3 people were let go while newbies with no work ethic remain. Scientists and Med Directors are now expected to handle the business end while working on new targets. #SAD
