Good bonus, but unfortunately no more pros to add for German Affiliate.

Cons

The company promotes the "little coffee chats at the coffee machine" rather than real work, what important is that you are in the office. After corona they went back in the middle ages, nevertheless they praised the newly implemented hybrid system with 2 days of HO a week as a futuristic thing and big gift to employees. And every single meeting with camera on and half of the team meetings is about someone oversharing their private life. The work was dull and there was not much space to develop my skills.
